Kaliganj Karim Uddin Public Pilot High School is really very happy to participate in ‘Student Cabinet Election’ 2016. That’s why we thank our honourable prime minister, Sheikh Hasina to arrange such a programme.

In 2015, ‘Student Cabinet Election was first held. Actually, to practise democracy from student life, this step is taken by government. To feel the importance of this Election this year ‘Student Cabinet Election’ is again held. In this election same successful moments of our school are given below:

At first our honourable Head teacher Mr. Khurshiduzzaman Ahmed selected three election commissioners according to the rules. Ashrafunnahar Akhi from class ten in selected as the chief election commissioner. Besides, Nishat Tasnim Zamy from class nine and Abu Shakib Chowdhury from class eight are selected as assistant election commissioner 8^th March, 2016 Election commission called for the nomination papaer and 15 candidates collected their nomination paper. Then 10^th March, 2016 nomination papers ware taken from the candidates. Later, Election commission declared the list of ligal candidates by monitoring all the nomination papers.

14^th March, 2016 was nomination paper reject day. But, it’s a matter of great joy that no candidates rejected their nomination paper. So, election commission declared the final list of nomination.

After declaring the final list of nomination candidates stared their publishity as their best. They made placard, postar attaching their name to publish. These all are made by the candidates. That’s why it is able to come out their latent qualities. All candidates publish their in the school campas.

On the other hand, three election commissioners also worked hard. They made the voter list of all students and gave instructions how to vote in a ballot paper. Besides, they selected presiding officer, polling officer and monitored all things.

At last, 21^st March, 2016, the expected day was come. From morning our school campus became full with the students. Election commissioners at first took their ID then they distribute ID among the candidates and their agents. Then the polling officers went to the booth taking ballot paper and Vote-box which is monitored by the presiding officer. Then at 9.00 am voting was started. And it was during to 1.00 pm. In this time, all the activities completed nicely.

After taking vote from all the voter, all votes were counting by related teacher and the agent. Usually, all the candidates were worried about it. At last, we were able to count all the votes.

Now, it’s time to declare the selected candidates. According to the rules our honourable Head teacher declared the eight candidates. Among them Zaima Adnin was selected from Class six, Shishir Ahmed Shuvo and Sadia Tasnim Nima from class seven as they got same number of vote. Azra Nusrat Aushy from class eight, Pinky Roy from class nine and Mister Rahman from class ten were selected. The other three candidates are Anuamika from class ten, Siyam from class eight, Rafi from class six.
